All products are returned within a period not exceeding 3 days from receiving the order, and in order to preserve the quality of the product and its shelf life, it cannot be returned after that unless there is a problem or defect in the product.
- If the order is canceled after it leaves our warehouses and before it reaches the customer, the amount will be returned to the customer minus the shipping fees and after the product returns to our warehouses, the amount will be returned in the same way the payment was made, including free shipping cases.
There are a number of specific situations in which a product cannot be returned:
· When submitting a return request after the specified time, which is 3 days from the date of receipt regarding the products.
· When the product has been used, when it is damaged, when it is not in the same condition that you received it in, or when the product’s security sticker has been removed.
· Consumer products that have been used.
· Products that have been tampered with or whose serial numbers have been removed.
· Products without their labels or original packaging.
· Refunds will be made within 14 business days of receiving the product back in the same way the payment was made.
Terms of exchange and return:
- The product must be in good condition, tightly closed, and the product cardboard and all its accessories are intact as they came to the customer. The buyer will bear the shipping costs, and after verifying this, the amount will be returned to your bank account within 14 working days.
- If the product is defective or does not meet the website’s specifications, you have the right to return it within 10 days from the date of receiving it, and the product amount will be returned in addition to the shipping costs that you paid to your bank account within 14 working days.
