When will I receive the order?
We will deliver your order or ship it via the shipping companies contracted with us as quickly as possible.
A message will be sent to the customer on his mobile phone or email containing the order number and tracking number (this is after the shipping policy is issued by our store).
If you do not receive a message or email with information, please contact us to obtain the tracking number.
If you choose cash on delivery as the preferred payment method, the delivery representative will contact you or send a WhatsApp message until the delivery date is determined.
It should be noted that it is necessary to answer incoming calls to your mobile phone so that the representative responsible for delivery can coordinate with you on the delivery date of the order.
The responsibility for the correct address and contact number is borne by the customer (we will not be responsible for not receiving the shipment due to an error in the customer’s data).
